Went in the site early morning to secure parking as the car park is not that big (parking is free anyway) It was quiet and we're the first visitor arrived.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. We booked to get in the cave at 10:15, but they let us in at 10 am.
The visitor guide is very kind and with a sense of humour which will make you feel more comfortable. He cracks jokes every now and then.
There's a narrow boat ride to get deeper in the cave and it gets creepy at times. A lot of walking and can be very wet, so I suggest walking shoes, boots or wellies.
We had a great experience, even my 7 yr old boy enjoyed it a lot. There are interesting gift shops, cafe and restaurant. There is also a candle making shop where you can make your own candle and design at a reasonable price. Kids love it too.
Over all, it is worth a visit. And its nothing like other attractions. 👍👍👍

We found this place by accident when planning a short holiday to North Wales. Being fans of the legend of King Arthur, we pre-booked to attend the Labyrinth.
Parking was pretty good considering it was on a Bank Holiday and the surrounding shops before you enter the labyrinth were eclectic and fun. We bought a few items from the shops for relatives.
The Labyrinth itself was good fun, where you got into a long boat and travelled under ground into the caves and got told the story of King Arthur through slighly old fashioned animatronics, but that only added to the charm of the attraction.
It was well worth the stop on the way to North Wales and we have been back since then. Highly recommended, especially to those who have young children interested in all things to do with King Arthur and dragons!

Lovely experience going down into the mine to hear about the legend of King Arthur. Not too wet underfoot even with soggy weather outside, just a few puddles underground. The children really enjoyed the experience

This was a fun experience with the family and a great way to spend a couple of hours. We enjoyed the whole experience!
Some things to consider. The experience is not very accessible if you struggle with mobility as there is a climb into the boat, quite a bit of flat walking with no opportunities to sit down, and some crouched walking where the ceiling is low in a couple of spots. I'm not sure how engaging the storytelling will be for kids younger than 6, although walking through the underground tunnels will definitely be an adventure. Also, it's chilly underground, so wrap up warm!

What an amazing place 😍. It was one of the best experiences we had. Sailing through the cave and King Arthur's story made our day. Definitely we will come back.

The Labyrinth was awesome. The little craft shops packed full of things I could have spent far too much money on. My only criticism is they could have made more effort to nake their brick buildings more aesthetically pleasing and in keeping eith the Arthurian concept

After driving for 1 1/2 hours to get there the labyrinth was closed due to flooding in the cave. Whilst I fully understand that this is outside anybody’s control, a post on the website advising people of the situation would have been welcome. We travelled for 3 hours in total for nothing.

Came here many years ago with wife and then later with our two young children. This time, we came as a more mature couple to enjoy the setting and some memories. Great stuff and a very enjoyable time.

Visited this week after spending a fabulous week in North Wales. The Labyrinth was a great addition, from getting the tickets to the underground experience. The set up with the lights and story telling was brilliant and took me back to my childhood. It was made even more perfect by our guide Paul, the mysterious boatman. He played the part so well and the boat ride in and out made it just that bit more special. Thank you : )
